Notes
Hot Honey Air Fryer Carrots
What if I told you that you could turn a bag of baby carrots into the most ridiculous hot honey roasted carrots you’ve ever tasted — and your air fryer does all the work? These come out with that perfect balance of sweet heat, buttery caramelization, and roasted edges that taste way more gourmet than any bag of baby carrots should.
How It Works
Toss baby carrots with melted butter, hot honey, and a simple spice mix, then air fry at 380°F for 20 minutes, stirring halfway. The key is spreading them out a bit so they roast instead of steam — that’s where the caramelized edges happen.
Why You’ll Love It
- Sweet + spicy hot honey flavor
- Zero effort side dish (toss + air fry)
- Roasted edges + glossy glaze
- Great for weeknights, meal prep, and holidays
